Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for a Director, Finance and Profit & Loss Management to join our Finance Team. You will collaborate with senior leaders to develop company-wide plans, goals and objectives.
The Director, Finance and Profit & Loss Management will have strong analytical skills, confident leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal communication skills and an enthusiasm for identifying opportunities for improvement, in support of the Company's vision. This role will have high visibility to the CEO, CFO and other senior executives, as well as to the Finance and Capital Committee of the Company's Board of Directors.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for the Director, Finance and Profit & Loss Management
- Bachelor’s degree; Finance or Accounting major, preferred
- At least 7-10 years of finance experience, including modeling and analysis, preferably in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Excellent interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to work effectively through cross-discipline team
- Actively manage direct reports through exemplary personal leadership and hands-on coaching. Current team has two outstanding professionals who are proficient in Power BI and other tools
- Understand and provide input into developing strategic initiatives, including those relating to sales, agency development, M&A opportunities, and others.
- Experience in creating and delivering presentations to members of the executive team and Board of Directors, preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience as a manager responsible for direct reports
- Must be able to manage multiple initiatives with different priorities and successfully meet targeted deadlines
