EVT Management Services is a food and beverage company providing concessions at Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, The Andrew J Brady Music Center and Taft Theatre.

  

Lead Bartender Position Summary: A professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve food & beverages to customers. 


The Lead bartender will greet customers, take their order, and prepare and serve beverages (including liquor) and food as requested. Lead bartenders will also participate in preparing their assigned concession area before the show and clean up after the show.

 

Lead bartenders will handle general customer service issues, support bartenders as needed during the event and will assist in the cash drawer close-out process at the end of the event. 


This position will also participate in ordering inventory and non-inventory items for their concession area for upcoming events. Employees in these roles will have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. Lead bartenders should be efficient, observant, and knowledgeable about the venue’s point of sale (POS) system and products available by location. 


Basic duties include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Stock coolers.  
  • Maintain a clean and safe station and concession area.
  • Communicate with support staff the needs of their station and concession area to maximize sales.
  • Accurately maintain their assigned cash drawer and POS system.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff towards the overall success of the event and the company.
  • Be available to step away from POS to help troubleshoot other staff challenges.
  • Review processes and make recommendations to management staff for improvements and adjustments to procedures.
  • Ensure staff are completing duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Stand Supervisor Position Summary A professional with excellent communication skills to oversee food & beverage operations. 


Stand supervisors will also participate in preparing their assigned concession area before the show and clean up after the show. Stand Supervisors will handle general customer service issues, support staff as needed during the event and will assist in the cash drawer close-out process at the end of the event.


This position will also participate in ordering inventory and non-inventory items for their concession area for upcoming events. Available Shifts: 

  • Start times vary based on the needs of the event, but usually in the afternoon and/or evenings. 
  • The duration of shifts varies upon the needs of the event, approximately 3 to 15 hours. 


Pay: 

  • Lead Bartenders starting at $12.00/hour tipped position
  • Stand Supervisor starting at $16.00/hour and performance bonus eligible
