Your Role 

Schedule:  

  • Monday – Friday  
  • 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm 
  • In-person 
  • Position is June - August 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Assisting with updating deposits with bank reference numbers on a weekly basis.  
  • Assisting with manual referencing on bank statements
  • Reviewing Purchase Orders to ensure they are ready for payment processing
  • Assisting with the BOA credit card statement reconciliation 
  • Collecting W-9 forms from all vendors 
  • Assisting with preparing/compiling all mailings including royalty payments, weekly checks, etc. 
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly manual journal entries into the Heron system
  • Assisting with preparing month end reports 
  • Any additional responsibilities as requested by Management 

Salary: 

  • This is a Paid Internship
  • $19 - $20 per hour depending on experience

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • A passion for solving complex problems using technology 
  • Excellent time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

Education & Experience 

  • Coursework in business, accounting, or a related field 
  • Basic understanding of core accounting principles

Salary Description
