Key Responsibilities

• Maximize Recoveries:  Analyze claims—evaluating facts, evidence, liability, and damages—to secure outstanding recoveries.
• Negotiate with Impact: Lead high-stakes negotiations and manage subrogation  efforts for fast, cost-effective results.
• Strategic Vendor Leadership: Identify, assign, and oversee vendor resources to enhance our recovery initiatives.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Monitor performance, create actionable reports, and share insights that elevate the entire team.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with adjusters, customers, partners, and  management to provide subrogation education, and achieve successful recoveries.

 Qualifications

• Experience:  3+ years of subrogation/recovery expertise across multiple jurisdictions.
• Education:  Preferred college degree and insurance designations (AIC, CPCU, etc.).
• Technical Skills:  Proficient in MS Word and Excel with stellar analytical, organizational,  and negotiation abilities.
• Communication:  Outstanding verbal and written skills, with proven success in a remote work environment.

• Structured Schedule:  Standard 40-hour workweek (Monday–Friday) with potential work beyond standard hours during peak periods.
• Physical Readiness:  Dexterity for computer operations and occasional travel for training and meetings.
