Responsibilities

  • Manage leads and work on a pipeline of mortgage applications.
  • Coordinate with internal processing and underwriting professionals to expedite loan approvals and closings.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Handle 50-100 calendar appointments per month.
  • Establish and maintain new relationships with builders and realtors using our leads.


Requirements
  • Proven sales success in the mortgage industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
