Cafe Baker Position
Description

SUMMARY

This part-time, 10-month position (late July to mid-May) is part of our Kitchen Angels team that prepares and serves lunch for our Upper School students, teachers, and staff. The team also caters for meetings and other school events. Approximately 24 hours per week. 


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Mixing and baking of dessert items (cookies, brownies, bars, scones, and muffins, etc)
  • Production of bread items (bagels, croissants, etc)
  • Ordering, receiving, dating, rotating, and storing baking items, adhering to all Health Department guidelines.
  • Assist in production, baking, heating, cooking, frying, and packaging of hot and cold menu items.
  • Keep food items to the correct temperature, adhering to Health Department guidelines.
