Dudley’s, a bustling NYC hotspot, is looking for a hardworking and energetic Barback to support our bartenders and ensure a top-tier guest experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Keep the bar fully stocked and organized, ensuring seamless service.
• Assist bartenders and servers in providing outstanding hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including setup and breakdown.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies throughout your shift.
• Ensure all food and drinks reach guests quickly and correctly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, keeping work areas spotless.
• Dispose of trash, break down boxes, and manage back-of-house storage.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barback or hospitality experience in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• NYC Food Handler’s Certificate (preferred but not required).
