About the Role:
As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for a technical team and making technical decisions in response to client needs. You’ll manage development team members by reviewing code and providing consistent feedback. You’ll help design and develop large-scale, web applications with a team comprised of fellow software engineers, project managers, business analysts, quality assurance analysts, and client stakeholders. You’ll be relied upon to oversee the team’s development processes and culture, as well as rapidly produce high-quality code within an agile software development environment. No pressure or anything.

During the pandemic, KL&A is conducting all interviews via phone or online with video conference technology.
