Position: Marketing Specialist
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Hours: 40/week

Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist should be a creative, organized, and motivated individual with the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines. This position operates in a traditional business environment providing services to our brokers as well as clients. Candidate must work well in a collaborative team environment and be adaptable to changing project needs. Candidate must be willing to develop a knowledge of graphic design principles as well as basic business knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and gather data to generate marketing materials and content
• Assist with creating/editing the content of marketing materials including but not limited to property marketing campaigns, case studies, email blasts, invitations, announcements, presentation boards, aerials, marketing signage, infographics, presentations and proposals etc.
• As needed, provide marketing coordination of the internal and external corporate marketing/branding
• Update and maintain marketing PowerPoint presentations
• Generate marketing emails and invitations for mass distribution
• Assist with digital marketing efforts, including website, blog, drone footage, photography and social media
• Work collaboratively with marketing & research teams on pitch/property marketing requests, project vision/strategy, gather required information or documentation, and understand timelines and review cycles
• Assist and orchestrate in the planning and coordination of client and broker events
• Commit to our workflow management system and track quality work products for Marketing
• Work to develop a basic knowledge of the team’s real estate specialties
• Complete projects as requested by supervisor, fee-earners, and executives and provide back-up to support all teams as needed.
Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of relevant marketing experience
• Experience in design, graphics, marketing, or creative arts preferred
• Commercial Real Estate experience a plus but not required
Software:
Knowledge of the following required:
• Mac OS X or Windows XP Operating Systems
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong computer skills
Knowledge of the following preferred but not required:
• Adobe CS6 – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional
Physical Requirements:
• Involves work of a general office nature, typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a
computer for up to 8 hours a day
• In-office work required
