Summary

We are seeking a Server who will be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. Servers greet diners as they enter the serving line area, serve food items to diners in a highly professional manner and maintain the flow rate of the serving line. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Server Job Responsibilities 

• Greets customers and serve them, helping them move through the line  
• Maintain the cleanliness of the serving line, replenish the food items on the serving line when necessary
• Change out pans as soon as a crust appears around the edges. Remove a pan from the line when empty
• Keep an eye on beverage, salad, warmer bars and make sure to notify a Cook and/or Manager before anything runs out
• Wipe out food holding cabinets after every meal: pass-through warmer and reach-in refrigerator, salad bar, bun warmer and any other serving equipment used

• Experience in restaurant service is preferred
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Responsible and a friendly attitude
