The Warehouse Lead is an integral part of NK’s order fulfillment operation. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Warehouse Lead coordinates shipments, ensures compliance with regulations and optimizes transportation processes. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Lead will complete third-party inventory shipments and provide regular support to the warehouse team. The Warehouse Lead has experience in inventory management and shipping software and utilizes these tools to promote efficiency and ensure accuracy of inventory levels. 

Essential Duties

• Prepare and ship FBA (fulfillment by Amazon) within the US and Canada.
• Print and post end-of-day details.
• Receive and Count Inventory / Receive into Sage / Transfers
• Product Engraving
• LTL, Intl LTL and Air Freight Shipments
• HTS (Harmonized Tarriff Schedule)/Schedule B Code Research
• Managing and scheduling Import / Export Shipments

Qualifications and Experience 

• High School diploma or equivalent. 
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, with preferred experience in logistics, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, inventory management and warehouse operations. 
• Experience with inventory management software, preferably Sage. 
• Experience with freight forwarding and proficient in shipping software. 
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Supervisory Responsibility 

Individual contributor. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but when the manager is out, the Warehouse Lead will be the point person to oversee others and execute needs/goals.

Work Environment and Physical Demands 

Climate-controlled indoor warehouse. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day. May be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. 

Hours of Work 

Monday-Friday: 8:00-4:00p approx. 40 hours per week.

Training 

You will receive on-the-job training to perform all required tasks. 

Travel / Work Location 

No business travel is required. 100% in NK’s office in Chandler, AZ. You must have reliable transportation.

Pay Rate 

$21.00- $24.00/ hr. Pay rate commensurate with qualifications and experience as well as company size. Annual bonus based on company performance ranging 2% to 4% of earnings.
