At H2 Health, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and provide care for a range of orthopedic conditions, athletes, industrial/return to work clients, neurologic movement disorders, post-op cases, and balance programs. This position provides care within our outpatient clinic as well as the local community within a 15-mile radius.

Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting physical therapists and providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative and engaging environment.
- Assist in delivering personalized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs to maximize outcomes.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the best patient experience and results.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
- License: Active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- Experience: New grads are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but passion and dedication to patient care matter most.
