Description

Position Summary:

The Systems & Data Management Administrator will perform various tasks that include data migrations, creating analytics dashboards using Business Intelligence tools, and ensuring the data held within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is complete and accurate. They will map, transform, and load data into CRM from a range of source systems while managing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce. This position will assist in providing technical assistance in examining, improving, designing, and developing data systems and processes to meet stakeholders’ requirements and goals and support the whole organization. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and refining requirements from stakeholders to build systems and solutions utilizing various systems to meet the organization’s goals
  • Assist in managing CRM systems to track and report on performance relative to goals and develop improvement action plans 
  • Build and manage Dashboards utilizing Salesforce Reports, Google Data Studio, and Power BI to track the performance of the organization for various department heads and leadership
  • Perform Data modeling where necessary to enable BI development
  • Perform data migration projects from other systems/applications into Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and completeness
  • Manage tech solutions for ministries using platforms and software such as Salesforce, Connections, StudioC, Active Campaign, Planning Center, HelpScout, Twilio, Form Assembly, etc. 
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce system via user management and permissions, updating solutions and automation, offering training and training materials to all users, and employing any fixes and updates, as needed 
  • Assist in managing support tickets and requests to help manage tasks and projects by helping implement fixes and solutions to reported problems in a timely manner and with good customer service.
  • Help manage contractor and vendor agreements, budgets, invoices, etc.
  • Stay knowledgeable on the latest advancements in technology and data systems as well as releases for existing systems 
  • Assist in coordinating the work of teammates to accomplish CRM, Business Intelligence, or Data management objectives
  • Daily update progress, planned work, and roadblocks in project management software.
  • Help manage online giving support to ensure customer service issues are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Responsible for weekly reconciliation of all unmatched donations to correct contact in CRM.
  • Design, build, and configure applications that are highly functional, scalable, and easily maintained.
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and email Alerts.
  • Build and maintain Dashboards utilizing Salesforce Reports, Google Data Studio, and Power BI to track performance of the organization for various department heads and leadership (Google Data Studio and Power BI prior experience not required but preferred).
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Salesforce via user management and permissions, updating solutions and automation, offering training and training materials to all users, and employing any fixes and updates as needed.
  • Increase data integrity by consolidating business rules across multiple channels into one business layer using SOA architecture.

Requirements

Job-related Qualifications: Education, Training, and Experience

  • 2-4 years experience as a CRM System Manager 
  • Previous experience in tech solutions and training.
  • Previous experience in project management.
  • Customer service experience required experience with managing and troubleshooting databases 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred

  • Tithe 10% to the Rock Church.

Salary Description
Starting at $27 per hour (DOE)
