Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist in an inpatient setting, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
  • Treat patients with neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation needs, and other acute medical conditions.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop an integrated approach to patient care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises, safety measures, and ongoing therapy needs.

Requirements:

  • Education: A graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Experience: New grads are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
