Kollective is currently looking to hire an internal Automotive Recruiter. You’ll be the key consultant, coach and critical partner in the recruiting, hiring, placement and job growth of our talent for all positions including Technicians, Sales Consultants, Parts Advisors, BDC Representatives, Receptionists, etc. 

Aligned with our core values, Recruiters work with Hiring Managers, General Managers and Regional Leadership to both identify, recruit, and place talent.


Responsibilities include

  • Partner with the appropriate hiring managers (GMs, Service /Sales/Parts Managers) to determine selection criteria for each open position.
  • Work with hiring managers to create and develop effective recruitment campaigns to source candidates, including job board advertisements, hiring events, social media, and career events at post-secondary educational institutions.
  • Recruit quality talent by targeted outreach to active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct candidate pre-screen interviews and provide hiring manager(s) with summary information.
  • Provide coaching to hiring managers on interviewing, candidate feedback and selection.
  • Partner with HR Support for all new hires and monitor on-boarding activities with Payroll, HR, Learning & Development and IT as needed.
  • Maintain a database of screened and qualified candidates


Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Undergraduate  degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience (Automotive and/or Transportation experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Authorized to work for any US employer without visa sponsorship
