Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Geologist, Engineer, or Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will support environmental projects for the US Army Corps of Engineers and the US Department of Defense, working both independently and as part of a team. The role will include both onsite work in Massachusetts for environmental field investigations, with the potential for occasional travel to other states. Onsite work in Massachusetts will require daily travel to sites such as Ft. Devens and Hanscom AFB during field assignments. When not involved in field investigations, this position will be remote.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in environmental field investigations and remediation efforts in accordance with approved plans and procedures.
- Oversee and work productively with subcontractors (e.g., utility locators, drillers, surveyors, and laboratories) to ensure that work is completed within scope, on schedule, and meets safety requirements.
- Prepare and support the development of technical reports such as UFP-QAPPs, APPs, RI Reports, FS Reports, Annual Groundwater Monitoring Reports, LUCIPs, RODs, and other related documentation.
- Ensure that projects meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations while adhering to scope-specific assignments.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Federal and/or State regulatory guidelines and environmental standards.
- Ability to travel to project sites, primarily in Massachusetts, with limited travel to other states.
- Minimum of three years of environmental field experience (five years preferred).
- Experience in drilling oversight and fieldwork.
- Ability to pass a background check to access military bases.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) is a plus.
