Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Implement treatment plans designed by the SLP to support pediatric patients with speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Work closely with children who have speech delays, articulation disorders, and other communication difficulties.
- Track and document patient progress, ensuring treatment goals are met.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to support each child's communication development.
Requirements:
- Education: Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) program.
- License: An active or eligible state license/certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant.
- Experience: New grads are welcome! Experience in pediatrics is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
