Responsibilities:

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play an essential role in providing hands-on therapy to help children of all ages improve mobility, strength, and independence.

  • Assist in delivering personalized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist.
  • Provide engaging, play-based therapy to enhance motor skills and functional movement.
  • Educate families and caregivers on home exercises to support continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and other specialists, to ensure the best outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
  • License: Active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
  • Experience: Pediatric experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome! Passion, adaptability, and a commitment to helping kids succeed are what matter most.
