Responsibilities:

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at H2 Health, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of pediatric patients by:

  • Assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and daily living activities.
  • Delivering engaging, play-based therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Collaborating with families and caregivers to promote patient progress.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for young patients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
  • Experience: New grads are welcome! Pediatric experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
