Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively in a supportive environment, using your expertise to create personalized treatment plans and provide compassionate care.

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for pediatric patients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to help children improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and daily living activities.
  • Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for young patients.
  • Utilize engaging and play-based therapy techniques to enhance child development and participation in daily activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.

Requirements:

  • Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • License: An active or eligible state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Experience: New grads are welcome! Pediatric experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care. Experience working with children with ARSD is preferred!
