About The Role:
We are seeking a best-in-class Recruiter to join our People Team. You will play a role in supporting various aspects of the employee lifecycle and contributing to the overall well-being and effectiveness of the workforce. This role works to align the People Team’s practices with Logos’ goals, support employees, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
*This is a remote position, though we prefer candidates based in Puebla or nearby, as occasional office visits may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Research, brainstorm, and implement creative sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates in a timely manner.
- Propose and implement ongoing improvements to People processes and programs.
- Be timely, courteous, and kind in all communication with candidates.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and news.
- Keep our applicant tracking system up-to-date and organized.
- Builds upon a solid foundation of People principles, practices, and tools.
- Communicates effectively with team members and peers on other teams to ensure goal alignment.
- Facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
- Coordinates efforts for the People Team.
Requirements:
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, including developing effective sourcing strategies, utilizing advanced searches, optimizing keyword usage, and crafting compelling InMails.
- Demonstrated success in achieving an InMail response rate of 45% or higher.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proven track record in designing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies across both Mexico and the U.S.
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, leading end-to-end (360) hiring processes.

- Talent Management: Extremely proficient at crafting effective sourcing strategies, advising hiring managers, interviewing candidates, and managing multiple job reqs concurrently. Can move fluidly between tactical execution and strategic thinking.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of talent management principles and comfortability utilizing your knowledge to hire exceptional talent. Experienced in building and maintaining a strong employer brand and providing a great place to work through impactful and effective People processes.
- Decision Making: Very strong ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive decision-making that will impact the team and People team programs' success.
- Communication: Able to communicate and clarify complicated People decisions, conceptual ideas, and strategy rationale to their team and anyone within the company.
