Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain the general cleanliness of assigned location
• Execute scheduled cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and general areas
• Maintain supplies in bathrooms and break rooms
• Support laundry services at specific locations
• Sustain back of house supplies
• Dust all surfaces
• Mop tile and other flooring
• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Remove trash and recycling
• Clean and disinfect restrooms
• Restock soap and paper supplies
• Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning supplies
• Mop tile and other flooring

• Must be willing to submit a criminal background check and meet company requirements
• Must be able to work with building staff and tenants
• Must be able to work unsupervised and have punctual attendance
• Punctual and reliable attendance record 
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with others
• Push or pull up to 20 pounds
• Stand for up to 8 hours
• Vaccine Required for some locations
• Transportation to and from work 
• Ability to clock in/out electronically
• Strong communication skills
• Lead with service attitude
