Description
The Facilities Supervisor provides advanced support to the Business Office. This support may include records maintenance, reports, and other administrative tasks.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain records, files, and calendars.
- Order supplies for the office and locations.
- Work with vendors and remote business locations.
- Handle facility requests and coordinate responses.
- Coordinate payment of miscellaneous invoices and check requests, including cash handling.
- Train and supervise couriers and drivers and train business office staff.
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for the team.
- Liaise with internal staff and external customers.
- Assist the Management team with internal communications and distribution.
- Additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of Supervisory experience
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism and demonstration of discretion and confidentiality
- Bilingual - Spanish/English language is a PLUS
