Description

The Facilities Supervisor provides advanced support to the Business Office. This support may include records maintenance, reports, and other administrative tasks. 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain records, files, and calendars.
  • Order supplies for the office and locations.
  • Work with vendors and remote business locations.
  • Handle facility requests and coordinate responses.
  • Coordinate payment of miscellaneous invoices and check requests, including cash handling.
  • Train and supervise couriers and drivers and train business office staff.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables for the team.
  • Liaise with internal staff and external customers.
  • Assist the Management team with internal communications and distribution.
  • Additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of Supervisory experience
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professionalism and demonstration of discretion and confidentiality
  • Bilingual - Spanish/English language is a PLUS
