What’s the job?
This is a dynamic, hands-on Office Manager role perfect for someone who loves keeping things running behind the scenes while being the go-to person for office support, employee experience, and facilities coordination. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and leadership to ensure our Phoenix office is functional, friendly, and fun—a space where people love to work.
This is a full-time, in-office role based at our beautiful, light-filled Phoenix headquarters. You'll be onsite five days a week, working in a vibrant, collaborative environment designed to inspire connection, creativity, and a great workday experience. The position reports to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
- Keep our office buzzing - manage daily operations and ensure a seamless, energetic vibe
- Be the go-to onsite pro for vendors, inspections, service visits, and access support
- Own the kitchen & stock with items to keep our team nourished - snacks, coffee, and essentials
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries
- Track office budgets and keep spending smart and aligned
- Greet guests and coordinate logistics for an amazing visitor experience
- Support the CEO with admin tasks and meeting scheduling
- Roll out the red carpet for new hires - workspace setup, gear, and access all handled
- Bring the fun - plan in-office events, team celebrations, and culture moments
- Keep the space clean, organized, and plant-friendly (yes, that includes watering!)
What are we looking for?
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)—bonus points for office, admin, or hospitality experience
- A master multitasker who thrives in fast-paced settings and knows how to prioritize like a pro
- A proactive problem-solver with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset and serious ownership pride
- Stellar people skills—friendly, professional, and confident engaging with all kinds of personalities
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and general office tools
- Comfortable taking the reins and running the show with minimal direction
- Event enthusiast? Great! Experience planning office or team events is a big plus
