The Universal Joint is hiring friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable servers to help round out the team.  Must be experienced in high volume dining. Open availability during weekdays. 

Well-qualified candidates will possess the following traits:

Passionate for food and beverage!

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably in casual fine dining

Friendly; energetically interacting with guests 

Flourishes is a casual but professional culture

Motivated and excellent at multi-tasking under pressure

Efficient with the ability to hustle, displaying a constant sense of urgency

Great at communicating and being a team player who knows how to contribute to cultivating a fun work environment 

Has reliable transportation
