As a Security Officer, you’re not just a rule guardian—you’re a champion for creating great memories, a friendly face, and a safety hero that guests can count on. You’ll be the calm presence that keeps our park beautiful, our guests happy, and our rules respected.

Whether you're giving directions, responding to incidents, or making sure everyone follows the rules, you do it all with a smile and professionalism. 

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Patrolling with Purpose– Walk the park to ensure everyone is following the park / safety rules while enjoying the scenery. 
• Guest Services Champion– Answer questions, give directions, and help guests make the most of their park experience. 
• Problem Solver: Address and de-escalate situations with professionalism and care. You're cool under pressure. 
• Emergency Ready: Respond quickly to incidents, medical situations, and lost guests because safety always comes first. 
• Rule Guardian: Educate guests on park rules while keeping things fun and respectful.

 What You Bring: 

• Valid security license through Council on Law Enforcement and Education Training (or willingness to secure within 6 months of hire date). 
• Prior guest services or hospitality experience.  
• Strong communication skills – You know how to de-escalate situations and engage professionally. 
• Situational awareness – You can assess risks and react quickly under pressure. 
• A commitment to safety, integrity, and service. 

Safety-Sensitive:

This is a safety-sensitive position. Applicants, regardless of whether they are a medical marijuana licensee, must receive a negative result on a 10-panel, pre-placement drug screening to include THC, prior to beginning work.
