About the Role

  • Manage clinical staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance development

  • Lead and assist in the creation and implementation of clinical protocols alongside Lead Clinicians

  • Ensure clinical supply inventory, equipment readiness, and coordinate maintenance needs

  • Support data-driven operations by generating weekly productivity and monthly procedure reports

  • Deliver hands-on patient care coverage, including lunch relief for LPNs

  • Prioritize and address patient concerns, ensuring smooth patient flow and satisfaction

  • Actively participate in huddles, staff meetings, and interdepartmental collaborations

  • Uphold regulatory standards by supporting Quality Management initiatives, Joint Commission readiness, and infection prevention programs

  • Oversee Telehealth scheduling and ensure EMR workflows are maintained effectively

  • Complete incident reporting in alignment with organizational policy
