ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Checking Customers In
• Building Estimates for aftermarket products
• Responding to leads via Facebook, chat and our Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Understanding or basic knowledge of wheel sizing and fitment is a huge plus
• Building relationships with customers and consulting with them to determine their needs
• Following up on all post-delivery items
• Generating new business by prospecting, making follow up calls to customer base and referral sources, and educating all potential customers on our products and incentive programs

• High school diploma or GED; associate’s or bachelor's degree, preferred
• Ability to work Saturdays 8 am to 5 pm
• Valid driver’s license with less than 2 moving violations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Salesman's License from the MVA (Background check required)
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferred
• Experience in a commission- or bonus-based environment, preferred
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Proven sales, closing and follow-through skills
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematics
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply
