About Peak Dental Services
Peak Dental Services is a well established DSO operating in the Colorado market for over 12 years, and the owner of over 30 brands across the front range. Our structure allows us to streamline business support services so our dental centers can focus on delivering exceptional, personalized patient experiences. We have an exciting opportunity, as a Treatment Consultant, with Mile High Dental and Implant Centers (MHDIC).
About Mile High Dental and Implant Centers
MHDIC has 4 convenient Denver Metro area locations offering all dental services in a total solution provider environment. This means we are able to work with our patients to offer a variety of options to solve their dental problems.
What You’ll Do
Our Treatment Consultants play a critical role in the success of each practice. Your primary focus is to help patients understand why treatment is important, and most times necessary, to their health and well-being. You will work closely with our clinical team to develop and present treatment options to patients, and facilitate a financial conversation. Consultations are scheduled at all 4 MHDIC locations and you will be required to travel between locations.
How You’ll Do It
Rapport and Relationship building - Listen, learn and understand how a patient’s dental condition is affecting their day to day life. Understand their social and professional goals and partner with them to explore available treatment options.
Present and discuss treatment plans - You will partner with the clinical team at MHDIC to create a personalized treatment plan for each patient. It is your responsibility to review, discuss and secure a financial commitment from the patient. Professionally overcome common patient objections and educate them on the importance of moving forward with treatment. You will have access to multiple third-party financial providers to secure financing, when necessary, and you’ll work with insurance providers to obtain timely treatment approvals.
Requirements
General understanding of dental operations, dental implants and patient flow.
