About the Position:  

All Points North is looking for a highly organized and reliable HR Assistant to support the transition of employee records from paper to digital format. This temporary, on-site role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with computers. While prior HR experience is a plus, it is not required. What we value most is a strong work ethic, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to work independently.


 Responsibilities

· Review and organize existing paper employee files

· Scan and digitize documents using provided equipment

· Upload and label digital files in our cloud storage system

· Follow established naming and folder structure guidelines

· Ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR documents

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace during the process

· Audit and ensure all files are complete and compliant


Qualifications· Comfort with basic computer tasks (scanning, uploading, file naming)· High attention to detail and accuracy· Ability to work independently and stay organized· Professionalism when handling confidential documents· Must be able to work on-site at our Edwards, CO location· HR experience preferred but not required

Schedule• Part-time hours (flexible Monday–Friday)
• Estimated 20–25 hours/week for 2–3 weeks
• Immediate start preferred
Salary Description
$20.00/hour
