We’re hiring a hands-on Technical Support & IT Services Lead to support our customers, manage internal IT infrastructure, and maintain our product software environment. This role blends customer support, hardware diagnostics, Windows imaging, and internal systems administration. Strong PC hardware, software, and troubleshooting skills are essential; experience with vehicle electronics is a plus.
Job Summary:
The Accounting and Sales Administrator will play a critical role in managing sales orders, ensuring accuracy in customer transactions, and supporting effective communication across teams to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will bring accounting expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to work effectively with our customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive, professional technical support to customers via phone and email, helping to resolve hardware and software issues in the field.
- Diagnose and repair returned systems (RMAs), including part replacement, reimaging, and thorough documentation of all service work.
- Build and maintain factory Windows OS images and driver packs for deployment in production.
- Develop, document, and manage imaging and deployment tools used in both manufacturing and field service.
- Work with engineering to test and validate new firmware, drivers, and product releases before deployment.
- Assist production team with software, firmware and hardware failures.
- Install, configure, and maintain internal servers, workstations, backups, and network infrastructure.
- Systems analyst for core business processes, including CRM, QuickBooks, and future ERP/MRP implementation.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity, antivirus, and disaster recovery protocols across the company.
- Manage basic website updates and technical troubleshooting as needed.
- Create and maintain internal SOPs, IT policies, and technical documentation.
- Lead or assist with IT and support-related projects as required.
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in technical support, IT systems administration, or hardware repair.
• Strong understanding of PC hardware components and diagnostics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems, networking concepts, imaging tools, and system deployment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Background in vehicle electronics installation (e.g., cameras, GPS, radios, alarms).
