Description

Position Summary: 

This role is responsible for but not limited to the planning and scheduling of standard and special piano production through the factory.

Main Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update production schedules throughout factory, with emphasis on end of line scheduling. 

· Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure an accurate and attainable production schedule.

· Provide meaningful tables and reports to production team to aid in successfully meeting scheduling goals.

· Manage special piano flow through factory, and monitor for bottlenecks.

· Work with factory supervisors to keep production flowing and troubleshooting problems in the factory.

· Interface with current Manufacturing system (MRP) by updating production information and scheduling.

Due to changing requirements, the duties and responsibilities of the position may change over time.  

Requirements

Qualifications, education and experience:

· College degree; in applicable field a plus.

· 2+ years of scheduling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

· Ability to manipulate data in Excel and create useful reports.

· Working knowledge of an industry standard MRP/ERP systems.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary Description
$55K - $65K
