What we are looking for: 

• Must have valid CA guard card license
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Reliable Means of Transportation
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Active listening skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
• Ability to identify escalating conditions and quickly mitigate same
• Driver License Preferred, but not Mandatory (Some Positions require it)
