Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Reports To: Maintenance Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Essential Functions:
· Responsible for scheduled, non-scheduled, and AOG aircraft maintenance.
· Evaluates maintenance items and works with MXC and Technical Support to accomplish prompt resolutions to problems.
· Closely monitors all work and/or inspections being completed on company aircraft.
· Complies with all company rules and regulations regarding safety.
· Provides support for parts procurement, maintenance technicians, line service and general administration.
· Ensures technicians are following prescribed procedures I/A/W technical manual system, operating procedures, and corporate policies.
· Assigns technicians to tasks that most effectively utilize their skill levels.
· Assists manager in the scheduling maintenance personnel.
· Ensures currency of service manuals, instructions, bulletins, airworthiness directives, and aircraft manuals
· Maintains a clean, organized, and professional facility along with its personnel.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Have 3 years of experience in a position responsible for returning airplanes to service.
· FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificate.
· Have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity.
· Experienced with NAPG program.
· Engine idle run certification.
· RII certification.
