Description

Sanctuary Wealth is seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across both our home office and our Partner Firms. This role will also own and evolve our Mentor/Mentee Program in collaboration with Indiana University, while overseeing onboarding, managing our applicant tracking system (ATS), and supporting key HR projects that contribute to an exceptional employee experience.

This position is based in our Indianapolis office and is not eligible for remote work. 

Requirements

 Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for home office roles, from intake to offer, partnering closely with hiring managers.
  • Provide strategic recruiting support to Partner Firms, serving as a consultative resource and sourcing partner.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
  • Own and optimize the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, including pipeline building, outreach campaigns, and engagement reporting.
  • Manage job postings, pipeline activity, and recruiting analytics through Paylocity ATS.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities, search firms, and industry groups to continue to build out talent pipeline.

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Own and continuously improve the new hire onboarding process to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.
  • Manage background checks, employment verifications, and compliance requirements for all new hires.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and Hiring Managers to coordinate logistics for start dates, equipment, systems access, and training.
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation and workflows within Paylocity are current, efficient, and audit-ready. 

Mentor/Mentee Program Leadership

  • Manage the IU Student Mentor/Mentee Program in collaboration with university partners and Sanctuary Partner Firm Advisors.
  • Coordinate program design, application and selection process, participant communication, and engagement events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for students and mentors, facilitating a positive and impactful experience and being the program lead at OASIS.
  • Gather feedback and metrics to continuously evolve and improve the program’s outcomes and reputation.

HR Systems & Project Management

  • Serve as the system administrator for the ATS in Paylocity—creating requisitions, managing workflows, reporting on key metrics, and driving system utilization and optimization.
  • Partner with the HR team on cross-functional projects such as process improvements, employer branding, and workforce planning.
  • Track and report on talent acquisition KPIs and other HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Support internal communications, documentation, and process rollouts related to recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with additional exposure to onboarding or HR operations preferred.
  • Experience using Paylocity or similar HRIS/ATS platforms, with comfort in system administration and reporting.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter application. 
  • Proven ability to own and drive talent programs independently.
  • Experience supporting or managing early-career or campus recruiting initiatives a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a project management mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Passionate about creating a positive candidate and employee experience from first touch to full integration.
