Position Overview:
We are seeking a people-first, relationship-driven Outbound Customer Relationship
Specialist to join our team. This role is not a cold calling position you’ll be working
exclusively with our current and past customers, ensuring their needs are met and their
experience is top-notch.
Your job is to build strong relationships, gain meaningful feedback, and maintain
communication with our valued customers throughout their service journey. You’ll
represent our company’s voice with professionalism, warmth, and care.
Key Responsibilities:
·Proactively call existing and past customers to check in and ensure satisfaction with
recent or past services.
·Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement or additional needs.
·Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using our CRM.
·Reconfirm upcoming appointments and ensure customers are prepared and informed.
·Strengthen customer loyalty and brand trust through meaningful and consistent
outreach.
·Follow up after installations, service calls, or estimates to ensure a quality experience.
·Escalate concerns or unresolved issues to the appropriate team member for resolution.
·Support the sales and service departments with customer insights and follow-through
communication.
