The Job to be Done

ColdTech seeks an energetic technician who will join our team as a steward of our customers' refrigeration equipment. Responsibilities will include:

• Collaboration with Dispatch for on time response to Customer work orders
• Accurate diagnosis of equipment deficiencies and proactive communication with customers to explain resolution options
• Coordinate parts orders with Dispatch and Service Writers
• Attend all Division meetings

Required Education, Experience and Credentials

• 2+ years of refrigeration commercial service. Specifically, knowledge of experience regarding racks.
• Work Authorization Security Clearance
• Employee must have a valid Driver’s License, SS Card or Passport, and be eligible
