We're Hiring: Experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician (DFW Metroplex)

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician who takes pride in their work, values quality craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a company that respects their skills and supports their growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, rack systems, and ice machines.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently and reliably.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in a variety of commercial environments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of refrigerants.
• Communicate with clients professionally to assess needs and recommend system upgrades or repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on site.
• Support junior techs by sharing knowledge and assisting with training.

  What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration (HVAC experience is a plus).
• Deep understanding of walk-ins, reach-ins, rack systems, and more — from diagnostics to repair.
• EPA Type II Certification (required) | OSHA 30 Certification (preferred).
• Clean driving record + valid Texas driver’s license.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
