Position Overview 

As an Escrow Officer at Vista, you will manage the full real estate closing process—acting as a trusted, neutral liaison among buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents. You’ll oversee every detail, from clearing title and preparing documents to conducting closings and disbursing funds. What You’ll Do 

Manage end-to-end real estate closing transactions 

Ensure compliance with contracts, lender instructions, and title requirements 

Prepare and review closing documents with accuracy and efficiency 

Coordinate with internal title staff to resolve complex title issues 

Conduct closings with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, and attorneys 

Confirm all funds, signatures, and legal documents prior to disbursement 

Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout the process 

Provide mentorship to escrow assistants as needed 

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners 

Participate in marketing and business development initiatives

Compensation and Benefits

Full time, non-exempt position

Pay range: $65,000 - $115,000 +/year (including base and incentive)

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of escrow or title experience  

LPO license preferred or in progress

High school diploma or equivalent   

Notary public or bondable  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow/title software  

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills  

High attention to detail and ability to resolve issues independently  

A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to exceptional service 


Physical Requirements

Ability to sit for extended periods of time

Lift up to 15 lbs

Read and interpret documents in digital and print formats

$65,000 - $115,000 + / year (base + incentives)
