Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist with H2 Health, you'll be part of a people-first team focused on making a real impact. This is a unique opportunity to work in a split position between our outpatient clinics in Chilhowie and Saltville, Virginia, serving a diverse patient population in a welcoming outpatient clinic. 

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and sports-related conditions.
• Provide care to a primarily adult and geriatric caseload, with some pediatric patients as well.
• Use your clinical expertise to develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life. 
• Collaborate closely with a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EMR system.
• Help foster a positive, professional, and clean clinic environment that reflects H2 Health’s commitment to clinical excellence, ownership mentality, and people-first culture.

Requirements:

• Education: Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) 
• Experience: New graduates are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
