Brand Coordinator
Description

As a member of the internal marketing team, the Brand Coordinator is responsible for building and enhancing brand love among our internal and external audiences. The Brand Coordinator will research, coordinate, and execute marketing communications objectives across various digital channels, plan and carry out internal and external events, and manage on-site brand experiences and office operations for our clients and employees. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Brand Coordinator will possess a keen understanding of social media and email marketing strategies, exceptional communication skills, a creative mindset, and enjoy supporting a team.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the “go-to” person for all things related to office management, including overall tidiness of common areas, ordering and replenishment of supplies, and general administrative support.
  •  Co-develop and maintain a social media strategy that aligns with the agency’s objectives, target audience behavior, marketing trends and industry landscape. 
  • Create compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, captions, and other relevant materials to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and report on current brand sentiment and audience engagement across social platforms and competitive trends/behaviors to identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Develop and maintain an email marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s goals, target audience, and overall messaging. Create engaging email content, including subject lines, copy, graphics, and CTAs.
  • Manage the email distribution process and database, including segmentation and automation strategies, scheduling, list management and compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate email performance metrics and platforms to improve content, engagement, distribution, and tracking. 
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Specialist, and cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and assets for social media and email marketing content.
  • Create internal marketing content including meeting presentations, office announcements, and email content.
  • Manage employee events and community service opportunities from idea through execution, helping to ensure all events are on brand and entertaining, while timelines are met.  
  • Support client teams when hosting clients at headquarters to ensure a positive brand experience. This includes ordering meals and room setup and takedown. 
  • Handle vendor relationships, inventory, and maintenance of branded collateral, including promotional items and client gifts.
  • Support the sales team by building and mailing marketing collateral and prospect sales kits. Organize and store client samples and marketing materials.
  • Maintain and stock employee lounge areas, conference rooms, and food and beverage stations to ensure a positive onsite experience for employees and guests. 
  • Serve as the liaison with facility management vendors to maintain office conditions including cleaning, catering, and security services.  
  • Manage daily FedEx/UPS/USPS deliveries and shipments, and business accounts across platforms.  
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field 
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience navigating internal and external timelines and stakeholders successfully 
  • Active knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PPT, Excel, etc.) 
  • Active knowledge of design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • The ability to analyze data and industry trends to guide branding decisions 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize projects 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment 
  • Attention to detail and keen problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, content creation, social media and email marketing platforms
