Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to order with accuracy, speed, and presentation standards
- Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and food safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and prep areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and food quality
- Assist with inventory, food prep, and receiving deliveries as needed
- Uphold health code standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
- Proven cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic kitchen techniques
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about good food
