Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and prep areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and food quality
  • Assist with inventory, food prep, and receiving deliveries as needed
  • Uphold health code standards and contribute to a positive team environment
Requirements
  • Proven cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic kitchen techniques
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
