We are located in a brand-new, high tech facility and we are hiring motivated 'Service Advisors' who are passionate about customer service and automotive excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive attitude.
- Listen and assess the customer's needs for their vehicle.
- Explain the technicians recommendation clearly and honestly.
- Keep the customer information during the service process.
- Coordinate effectively with the technicians.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience
- One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
- Broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Excellent customer service focus
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Bi-lingual, a plus (English/Spanish)
