Role Description

This is a part-time on-site position at $27.50 an hour (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) 5 ½ hours a day onsite with additional on-call opportunities/duties during the weekend. The Maintenance Tech & Custodian will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, general maintenance, and repair tasks within the community. Duties also include ensuring a clean, safe, and operational environment for residents and staff.
