Job Summary:

Crystal Tree Golf & Country Club restaurant bussers plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for Club Members and guests by supporting servers, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring prompt and courteous service. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare dining areas before service by setting tables, refilling condiments, and ensuring all necessary items are stocked
• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently after Members/guests leave
• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations
• Refill water glasses, coffee, and other beverages as needed throughout service
• Respond to Member/guest needs in a timely and courteous manner
• Assist in setting up and breaking down for events and private Member-Guest functions
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies  
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management 
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
