JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a driven and adaptable Project Manager to support our flooring and countertop installation projects across a defined geographic territory. This individual will coordinate schedules, labor, materials documentation, and customer communication to ensure successful project execution. This role supports a specific sales team and works closely with builders, site supervisors, and internal departments to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinate project schedules based on builder timelines and material availability
- Prepare and manage supporting documentation for purchasing and installation
- Track project progress through regular job site visits and installer updates
- Assist with estimating, quoting, and bidding for new projects or add-ons
- Communicate daily with builder reps, site supervisors, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate installation labor and ensure site readiness
- Use RFMS and Excel to support accurate bidding and documentation
- Address and resolve installation or customer service issues as they arise
- Organize and maintain job files, signed tickets, and project records
- Provide general operational support such as installer scheduling, reconciling work orders, and participating in monthly inventory.
- Experience in construction project coordination, estimating, or sales
- Familiarity with building materials or home construction environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (2–60 miles radius)
Preferred:
- Experience with construction management software
- Background in flooring or countertop installations
- Previous customer-facing experience on construction job sites

- Frequent local travel to job sites (up to 60 miles) is required
- Must be able to navigate active construction sites, which may involve walking on uneven surfaces, climbing stairs, or standing for extended periods
