The church pianist works under the direction of the Music Director to provide musical support for masses and choir rehearsals.

Key Responsibilities

• Play piano for Sunday masses.
• Accompany the cantor or choir during rehearsals and performances.
• Provide music for special services (Christmas, Easter, weddings, funerals, etc.).
• Collaborate with the pastor, music director, and singers to maintain a spiritual and engaging atmosphere.

• Strong piano proficiency and ability to sight-read music.
• Experience accompanying choirs and congregational singing.
• Knowledge of the Catholic Mass and its liturgical structure.
• Knowledge of various musical styles, including traditional hymns and contemporary worship music.
• Ability to improvise and adapt music to fit the service.
