Your Role

Schedule: Monday – Friday 

  • Full-time position
  • Working time will be during our general business hours
  • In-person

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, encryption, and endpoint protection tools. 
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts, investigate incidents, and support root cause analysis and postmortem processes.
  • Support security infrastructure updates, patch management, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards. 
  • Conduct daily system health checks and resolve issues using tools such as Veeam, Arctic Wolf, Datto RMM, and WatchGuard EPDR. 
  • Facilitate security awareness training and phishing simulations. 
  • Assist in vendor collaboration with MSSP (Arctic Wolf) and MSP (PCA Technology Group). 
  • Participate in backup and disaster recovery planning and execution. 
  • Support the maintenance and performance of network, server, and endpoint infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, Windows, Linux, and SAN environments. 
  • Assist in system and network projects, help desk support, and end-user training. 
  • Review and document changes to Active Directory, system configurations, and network diagrams. 
  • Maintain accurate system documentation, change logs, and follow through on project tasks. 
  • Collaborate with the Senior Network & Systems Manager on initiatives and ongoing operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree or current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field 
  • 1+ years working in an Enterprise Linux infrastructure
  • Basic experience with visualization and storage infrastructure
  • Exposure to security concepts, tools, and implementing best practices
  • Knowledge of PowerShell and Bash scripting

Salary Description
$52,000 to $72,000, Depending on Experience
