Job Description
As a CNA with Tender Care Hospice, you will play an essential role in supporting patients and their families. Under the supervision of an RN Case Manager or Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
- Provide personal care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, transferring, and vital signs
- Offer emotional comfort and companionship to patients and families
- Document patient care accurately in records
- Support infection control and safety practices
- Maintain patient supplies and report changes to the care team
- Assist with caregiver teaching and bereavement support as appropriate
- Collaborate with hospice team members in meetings and patient reviews

Sign-On Bonus Available:
Tender Care Hospice is now offering a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for all newly hired full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).
- $750 issued after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
- $750 issued after successful completion of 180 days of employment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-certified Nurse’s Aide training program
- Active and in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
- Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Experience with end-of-life care preferred, but not required
- Must embrace the hospice philosophy of dignity, comfort, and compassion
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
