ABOUT KENAI ANIMAL HOSPITAL:
Kenai Alaska is the home of Kenai Animal Hospital. That’s right, Alaska, an adventure waiting to
begin for the right associate! Established in 1963 we are a modern, busy hospital looking for
an addition to our multi DVM small animal practice. Our new associate will work full time in
our attractive, well-equipped hospital. The schedule we offer is one day off per week plus three
out of four weekends off! As we value our doctors as much as our patients we insist on
fostering a reasonable work-life balance.
We welcome the opportunity to teach and mentor new grads! All experience levels are welcome, we want to learn from you as well as guide and mentor when needed!

LOCATION:
One hundred and eighty miles southwest of Anchorage is the Kenai Peninsula and the city of
Kenai. For the fisherperson the city sits at the edge of the Kenai River, a renowned fishing spot
boasting record salmon catches. Some of the local attractions are Kenai Beach, Old Town Kenai
Park, Cunningham Park, and Salamatof Beach. Housing’s cost of living is slightly above the
average American city. And for the true adventurer, there are millions of square miles to
explore on one of those free weekends.
